What You'll Be Doing You’ll be a key player on our production team, helping ensure every product leaving our facility meets the high quality standards York Building Products is known for. Your day may include: Operating and adjusting handling and packaging equipment throughout the production cycle Supporting the concrete masonry production line from kiln to finished product Inspecting finished products and making sure only top-quality materials make it to inventory Performing basic troubleshooting and assisting with equipment repairs Safely operating a forklift to move materials and finished pallets Monitoring machine settings and assisting with preventative maintenance Working with teammates to hit daily, weekly, and monthly production goals Keeping your work area clean, organized, and safe Communicating with supervisors and team members about safety, production, and equipment needs What We're Looking For We’re searching for motivated individuals who enjoy hands-on work and being part of a team. You'll experience a variety of conditions including heat, cold, dust, wind, and other elements, all while working with industrial equipment and machinery.
