What You’ll Be Doing (AKA: Making Things Happen) As a Production Line Operator, you’ll be right in the action — keeping our concrete masonry line running smoothly and ensuring every product meets our high-quality standards.Your day might include: Setting up and operating equipment from kiln to finished product Adjusting machinery to keep production flowing efficiently Performing preventative maintenance and assisting with repairs Inspecting finished product to ensure top-notch quality Safely operating a forklift (experience is a plus!) Troubleshooting issues like a pro Helping the team hit production goals Keeping your workspace clean, organized, and safe Communicating with supervisors and teammates to keep everything running smoothly No two days are exactly the same — and that’s what keeps it interesting.
Requirements
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn

- Commitment to safety
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
- Mechanical aptitude
