About The Position

Come join us at our newly opened Manufacturing Facility Details you want to know Shift: Day Shift: 6am-6pm 12-hour shifts with alternating weekends Night Shift 6pm-6am 12-hour shifts with alternating weekends. Pay: Newly Updated Pay - Associates start at $23.50 as an hourly rate. Importantly associates have a clear path to compensation growth through skill development and training milestones. We're excited to roll out this new growth-based pay program, and most associates can expect to see this increase between 3–6 months, depending on progress. Operating Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate machinery and equipment, including basic machine operation, cleaning, and maintenance. Championing Safety and Quality: You’ll be a key player in maintaining food safety and quality by following strict guidelines and practices. Managing Materials: Utilize an ERP system for material handling, including refilling bulk containers, completing batching paperwork, and supporting bulk bag bailing. Working as a Team: Collaborate with team members and uphold company values such as respect, integrity, and teamwork. Work with and sanitize heavy machinery and equipment. Requirements

Ability to work in both cold and warm environments.
Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Physical strength to lift up to 50 lbs.
Experience with or ability to perform minor equipment changeovers.
Proficiency in using ERP systems for material handling and HMI for ingredient delivery.
Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to company values (Respect, Integrity, etc.).
Ability to complete batching and traceability paperwork accurately.
Own or be willing to acquire steel toe boots.
Ability to read, speak and write English.

Nice To Haves

Forklift certification (preferred).
