The Machine Operator is responsible for the production and inspection of all work orders assigned. This role is primarily responsible for (operation, housekeeping and other functional attributes) of the Fin Tube milling centers, creating product for quality review, the preparation and review of material scans for the start of production, conducting quality check during production, assigned tasks also include operation of the Overhead crane as needed. Strong focus on quality and troubleshooting of tools and other production elements also identifying defects of tubes during production. Adhere to all safety and environmental guidelines. Works directly with team lead for work assignment and reports to Shift Supervisor. At Wieland, we recognize that attracting the best talent is key to our strategy and success as a company.
