Management Level: Class 4 Pay - 18.90/Hr. plus 0.60 Shift Differential This position is responsible for operating machinery (Forming, Marinating, Slicing, Grinding, Mixing, X-Ray & Ovens) includes ongoing production flow while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. ATTN Team Members: This position is slated for team members who are currently working at this facility or complex only. Team members interested in transferring into this position from another Tyson facility should express interest through their local HR Partner. INTERNAL REQUIREMENTS AT THE TIME OF APPLICATION: Must have less than 4 points No written warnings in the past 6 months No suspensions in the last 12 months Must have been in your current position 6 MThs, to transfer another shift, line, or facility. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Must be able and willing to assemble and dismantle equipment.
  • Must be able and willing to operate mobile equipment, get lock out tag out certified, stack, and inspect.
  • Must be able and willing to stand, sit, bend, walk, stretch, climb, push, pull, kneel, squat and reach.
  • Must be able and willing to lift, carry, push, and pull 20-70 pounds.
  • Must be able and willing to work in extreme temperatures and damp environments; these areas may have slippery walking surfaces.
  • Must be able and willing to work overtime and weekends.
  • Must be able and willing to understand labels, read recipes, follow instructions, and communicate effectively.
  • The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
