About The Position

Urgently Hiring. Location : Santa Ana, CA Pay : $19-$20 per hour. DOE. Weekly Pay Temp to Hire Opportunity - Compensation adjusted once hired based on responsibilities. Shift: 4/10 Schedule Monday - Thursday, Day shift, OT available based on production needs. Well established custom parts manufacturer is seeking experienced machine operators to join their team. For over 30 years, this company as produced and delivered high‑quality custom parts for the Electronics and General Commercial industries. The company uses the latest CNC equipment, MasterCam systems, and strict process‑control methods to ensure accuracy, consistency, and on‑time delivery. Their machining expertise includes engineering plastics, aluminum, steel, stainless steel, titanium, and Inconel.

Requirements

• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and willing to learn
• Comfortable around machines
• Measuring tools (calipers, micrometers)
• Basic knowledge of schematics
• CNC Mill and or Lathe experience ( 2 year Minimum)
• Lift up to 40 lbs.
• stand for full shift
• Safety glasses, steel‑toe shoes, hearing protection as needed

Responsibilities

• Operate manual machines: drill press, manual mills, lathes
• Assist with CNC operations
• Load/unload parts and materials
• Perform quality checks on parts
• Maintain a clean, safe work area
