Quality and safety oriented manual machine operator. Work in an efficient manner to ensure smooth flow through shop. Willing to work overtime as needed. Keep a clean and organized shop. Excellent shop math skills
Ability to work within tight deadlines
High School Diploma or GED
1-3 years experience operating manual machining equipment
Walking, sitting, bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling and lifting may be required throughout the workday
Flexibility to travel between multiple PD locations

Nice To Haves

Prefer 2 year technical/business degree or equivalent experience

Set up and operate manual mill
Set up and operate manual lathe
Operate various pedestal grinders, buffers, wire wheels
Perform tasks while ensuring safety requirements are met
Responsible for daily production and ensures that work is completed on-time and within quality standards
Responsible for documenting accuracy and ensuring all inspection criteria are met
Perform equipment maintenance as recommended
May be asked to work in other departments as required by the business
Follows all safety and workplace policies
