This production worker will take pride in their safety mindset, attention to quality and perfect attendance. This is a high paying job with built in overtime at a leading global US based company that is dedicated to a creating a safe work environment with opportunities for growth and development.

Requirements

• Inspect and package plastic products of good quality.
• Ability to calculate parts requirements
• Operate equipment efficiently and safely.
• Safely utilize basic tools before placing boxes on a pallet.
• Properly complete all required paperwork.
• Read through process manuals and record measurements
• Ensure accuracy and monitor quality of production runs.
• Maintain continuous production runs and machine efficiency.
• Maintain plant cleanliness through daily work-area cleaning and proper scrap placement.
• Perform additional job duties as required by leadership efficiently and safely.
• Adhere to all Company and Departmental procedures.
• Follow all Safety, Food Safety, GMP and HACCP practices.
• High school diploma / GED or equivalent work experience.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to stand/walk for 8 consecutive hours.
• Ability to read, write and record in quality and production records.
• Ability to use hands to grasp, grip and manipulate boxes and product to inspect and pack
• Ability to work with and around heavy machinery and equipment
• Minimal lifting capabilities of 35 lbs.
