About The Position

Machine Operator – FyterTech Nonwovens

Schedule & Pay

2-2-3 day shift (6am–6pm), no swing shifts

Off half the year, plus vacation & holidays

Requirements

• Machine operation or mechanical experience preferred
• Positive, self-motivated, and a team player
• Able to lift 50 lbs and handle physical tasks
• Good communicator, adaptable, safety-focused

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machines
• Perform setups, changeovers, and adjustments
• Inspect products and ensure quality standards
• Follow all safety and PPE procedures
• Package, stack, and prepare materials
