Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required. Manufacturing experience required and (1) year of related experience or training.
  • Must adhere to all safety rules in force at the location you are in while performing your job responsibilities. Meet all PPE requirements in specific manufacturing areas including safety shoes and safety glasses.

Responsibilities

  • Understand the HYDAC Quality Policy and Quality Objectives and how they are related to this position.
  • Must be able to read and interpret production work instructions, production orders, Bills of Materials (BOM’s), and quality plans.
  • Use fixed and variable measurement equipment.
  • Basic machine operations on Braze cut length machine, upcut saw and cut to length little bar machine.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondences, and memos.
  • Problem solving: Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner, develops alternate solutions.
  • Enter and record data in SAP, Excel, and other software programs.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English. Oral communication: speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situation.
