You will lead the setup and operation of precision machinery, ensuring we meet vital deadlines with a zero-defect mindset. We are looking for a teammate who is curious about how things work and takes personal accountability for quality and performance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of related experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical skills and the ability to distinguish colors for quality labels.
• Physical Ability: Comfortable standing for full shifts and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Detail-Oriented: You have a high attention to detail, capable of monitoring close tolerances and catching errors before they lead to waste.
• Adaptable: You display agility when priorities shift and are comfortable learning new software and cross-training on different assets.
• Reliable: You understand that regular attendance is essential for the team’s collective success.

Responsibilities

• Operate & Own: Efficiently run label machines to meet daily production schedules while minimizing raw material waste.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Use your mechanical aptitude to monitor instruments, maintain dies, and find root-cause solutions to equipment malfunctions.
• Digital Accuracy: Utilize ERP systems and logs to track time, materials (FIFO inventory), and quality control data.
• Team Support: Collaborate across departments, performing distribution functions as needed to ensure site success.
• Safety First: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and strictly follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements.
