This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in manufacturing. The Machine Operator will learn to operate equipment and assist experienced fabricator operators while developing valuable hands-on skills.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred
Willingness to learn and take direction
Strong attention to detail
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Nice To Haves

Basic math and measuring skills a plus

Responsibilities

Assist fabrication operators with machine setup, operation, and production tasks
Learn to safely operate fabrication machinery and tools
Load and unload materials from machines
Perform basic quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Support team members as needed to meet production goals
