The Insertion Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining insertion equipment on production lines (primarily Lines 669, 664, and 665). This role includes performing machine startups and shutdowns, conducting changeovers, cleaning and inspecting equipment, and troubleshooting issues during production. The operator ensures continuous production output, maintains safety and quality standards, and manages the inventory of essential materials, including wax tips and hoses. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
