About The Position
Starting pay is $26.71 per hour plus $1.75 shift differential Shift: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts. Currently hiring for 2nd and 3rd shift: 2pm-10pm and 10pm-6am What we offer you: Starting pay is $26.71 per hour plus $1.75 shift differential Quarterly bonus based on group efficiency, safety, housekeeping, and quality metrics. Up to 11 percent bonus on top of base wage! Requirements
- Ability to read, comprehend , and follow verbal and written instructions in English
- Experience using computers, copiers, calculators, scanners, and printers
- Knowledge of basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- High energy to keep machines moving
Responsibilities
- Gain knowledge of production lines, equipment, and quality standards
- Work on a palletizer to group and layer finished goods in preparation for storage or shipment
- Check the quality of the cans to identify defects
