Machine operator - 1st shift M-F $20-$22
About The Position
As a machine operator you’ll be part of our team located in Holliston, MA. You’ll get to: Prepare, calibrate, and run machinery according to production specifications and technical manuals. Continuously monitor machine performance to maximize efficiency and adjust settings for optimal, consistent output. Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring they meet company standards. Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and basic repairs to prevent downtime. Adhere to all safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies. Maintain accurate logs of production rates, downtime, and material usage.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work at heights, and stand for long periods.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
