Why Work Here: Medical, Vision & Dental Insurance 401(k) with company match Life Insurance Paid time off + holidays Responsibilities: Operate machines per OJT & procedure guidelines Keep work area clean & safe (6S standards) Assist Line Lead during production Train new operators Perform setups, changeovers & troubleshooting Understand product families & equipment performance Rotate to other lines as needed Perform manual tasks (stacking, loading, etc.) Follow all safety procedures & equipment guidelines Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent 5+ years of manufacturing experience preferred Leadership experience a plus Strong mechanical aptitude & problem-solving skills Ability to read/write/speak English Able to lift 50 lbs., stand, bend & perform repetitive tasks Comfortable with stairs & PPE Willing to work overtime Grow your career in a safe, supportive environment—apply today!
