The plant sits on 140 Acres and is 75,000 square feet and produces Sweetened Dried Cranberries (Craisins). The Machine Operator position is a 12-hour rotating shift from 4pm-4am with rotating weekends off with a starting pay rate up to $23.83 plus a shift differential of $1.25 per hour depending on experience. The position is a year-round position, working indoors with three 30-minute paid breaks. Machine Operators complete required lab checks timely, ensuring the quality of our raw materials and product. He/she uses in-house applications for recordkeeping and inputting for in utilized systems (e.g. Maximo and SAP). Other duties include numbering batches, completing full/partial confirmations, controls and inventory, operating a scale, and supporting other plant production needs as requested by management.
