About The Position

We are seeking a Machine Operator to operate metal shop equipment used in organ production. What You’ll Do: Set up and operate machines such as CNC lathes, press brakes, and turret punch presses Read work orders and drawings to produce metal parts accurately Inspect parts and use measuring tools to ensure quality Operate additional shop equipment as needed Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing, sitting, or bending during the shift
• Good visual acuity and focus on safety
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of machine operating experience or vocational/technical training

Nice To Haves

• Basic math skills are a plus
