About The Position

Minutemen Staffing is currently hiring temporary Machine Operators for a manufacturing company located in Hartville. This role is available for both 1st and 3rd shifts, offering weekly pay at $12.50 per hour. Key responsibilities include preparing machines with necessary materials, ensuring continuous production, handling finished goods, stocking components, managing unused materials, and preparing pallets for warehouse placement. Applicants are required to have their own transportation and must successfully complete a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Prepare machines with required materials, packaging supplies, polybags, boxes, screws, etc.
• Ensure machines do not run out of material during production runs.
• Remove finished goods and transfer them to staging or next step in process.
• Stock work-in-progress components, packaging, and supplies at machines.
• Return unused components and materials to their proper locations following scanning procedures.
• Wrap and prepare pallets/skids for warehouse placement.
• Other duties as assigned.
