Machine Operators - Entry-Level or Experienced
About The Position
We’re hiring Machine Operators to join our team. Stable Work History Required. This role is open to both entry-level candidates who want to learn and experienced operators looking for a steady, full-time schedule. We’re looking for reliable team members who take pride in consistent attendance, attention to detail, and producing quality work. Requirements
- Stable Work History
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Mechanical aptitude or prior machine operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- English reading, writing and speaking skills
- Reliable transportation to work set schedule
- Must be 18+ and able to pass a background check and drug test
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate production machines
- Handle and process small parts
- Check parts for quality using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers)
- Follow written instructions and basic blueprints
- Troubleshoot simple production issues as needed
- Follow all safety guidelines
