About The Position

Manitowoc Pattern and Machining (MP&M) is excited to announce the launch of our new weekend shift! We’re looking for dependable, safety-focused Machine Operators to join our growing team on our weekend day shift. This is a great opportunity for individuals seeking consistent weekend hours, hands-on manufacturing experience, and a stable work environment. As a Machine Operator, you’ll play a key role in producing high-quality parts.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate and read work instructions in English
• Ability to safely operate machinery and work in a production environment
• Willingness to work 12-hour weekend shifts

Responsibilities

• Operating CNC machinery safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading materials
• Reading and following work instructions
• Using precision measuring tools to inspect finished parts
• Maintaining accurate production records
• Reporting quality or process concerns to your supervisor
• Working as part of a team to meet production and quality goals
