What You’ll Do Operate and monitor high-speed food processing and packaging equipment Inspect equipment before and after runs; document checks digitally Adjust machinery to ensure product quality and consistency Perform quality checks, bake-offs, and record production data Troubleshoot equipment issues and partner with Maintenance Complete changeovers, cleaning, and sanitation between runs Follow all food safety, quality (SQF), and safety procedures
Requirements
- Experience in food manufacturing or production (preferred, not required)
- Ability to follow safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods
- Willingness to learn new systems (SAP/CMMS experience a plus)
