About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, with formal training in machining preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in operating various machine tools, including CNC machines.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Computer skills.
• Basic understanding of machining principles and ability to interpret technical drawings.
• Ability to problem-solve and adhere to safety regulations.

• Demonstrate correct gaging techniques and perform all quality verifications within the cell/line to the required standard.
• Demonstrate the ability to replace tool bars.
• Demonstrate the ability to change filters.
• Demonstrate the ability to restart equipment after power down.

Responsibilities

• Performing quality control using precision measuring tools.
• Conducting routine maintenance and minor repairs on machines.
• Documenting processes and production data, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and collaborating with engineers to optimize manufacturing.
• Troubleshooting production issues.
• Demonstrating the ability to run master’s and/or run rabbits.
• Resetting errors and performing machine offsets.
