About The Position

As the Machine Operator on our UV Paint Line, you'll be monitoring and operating the UV Flat Line closed loop system. You'll maintain the systems spraying for both painted and clear-coated materials.

Requirements

• Ability to perform multiple tasks at the same time
• Liquid coatings experience helpful
• Ability to troubleshoot via process of elimination
• Ability to communicate effectively with peers

Responsibilities

• Setting up Flat Line machinery for daily operation
• Performing quality control checks throughout workday
• Recording and maintaining log of daily processes and quality control measurements
• Monitoring and maintaining cleanliness of two spray booths and their components
• Monitoring product flow through the machine; making any adjustments to equipment and liquid coatings to uphold the Bayer Built Quality Standards
• Minimizing future down time by performing preventative maintenance to critical equipment
