In a safe environment, operate molding machines to schedule, and assemble and pack quality parts. The successful candidate will be energetic, insightful, collaborative, self-motivated, and positive with interest in manufacturing. Other highly valued skills include working in a safe manner at all times and complying with the IPS 3 tenets of safety. The role involves assisting production supervision in achieving safety, quality, and production goals, maintaining a high level of attention to detail, and effectively communicating with co-workers and management. The candidate should possess a continuous improvement mindset and be willing to participate on problem-solving teams, with a desire to work as part of a team.
