About The Position

Prodrome Sciences is seeking a friendly and dependable Machine Operator/Assembler to join their team in Temecula, CA. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machinery operation is a plus
  • 1 year experience as a machine operator, preferably in the manufacturing industry
  • Strong mechanical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and repair a machine
  • Familiarity with bottling machinery, including filling, capping, and labeling machines
  • Able to read and follow SOPs and product specifications
  • Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality control
  • Excellent communication skills and able to work as part of a team
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical demands, including lifting and standing for extended periods

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor bottling machine to ensure smooth and efficient production runs
  • Set up, adjust, and calibrate the machine according to the product specifications
  • Conduct routine maintenance, cleaning equipment parts and troubleshooting of bottling equipment
  • Perform quality checks on the product throughout the bottling process, ensuring consistency and proper fill levels
  • Monitor and adjust machine speeds, fill volumes and other settings to meet production targets and minimize waste
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following safety protocols and good manufacturing practices (GMP)
  • Document and report on production data, including machine performance
  • Communicate any issues or delays in the production line
  • Follow safety protocols, including the proper handling of materials and equipment to prevent accidents or injuries
  • Ensure that finished bottles are packaged and stored properly for distribution
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
