About The Position
The Tray De-nester/Belt Inspector is a critical role within the production team at Conagra Brands, responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of tray de-nester equipment and the overall functionality of the production line. This position requires a proactive approach to maintaining equipment, conducting periodic inspections, and making necessary adjustments to conveyor belts. The operator will work closely with maintenance teams to address any defects and ensure that the production process runs smoothly. Additionally, the role involves facilitating the timely packing of finished products and completing all required paperwork accurately and promptly. Adherence to safety regulations and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality standards is paramount in this position. The Tray De-nester/Belt Inspector will be expected to work the scheduled shifts, which are primarily during the second shift from 12:45 PM to 10:45 PM, and may require overtime as needed. Regular attendance is crucial to meet shipping requirements and maintain production schedules. The operator must be able to read, write, and comprehend written instructions in English, and be physically capable of moving up to 40 lbs. This role is essential in ensuring that the production line operates efficiently and that all safety and quality standards are met consistently.
