About The Position

Join HyPro and earn up to $21 an hour while learning an in-demand trade! We are looking for individuals with a mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn. We will provide training to help you succeed in this role. As a trainee, you will start at a wage of $19.00 per hour, with the opportunity to earn a $2.00 shift premium when moved to 2nd and 3rd shifts. The 2nd shift runs from 3 pm to 11 pm, and the 3rd shift from 11 pm to 7 am. Additionally, we offer a $1,000 sign-on bonus, prorated over 16 weeks of full-time employment. Experienced CNC operators are also welcome, and we will pay you for your experience.

Requirements

• Mechanical Aptitude
• Familiarity with plant tools and equipment is a plus
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Operate various CNC Machines
• Load and unload equipment and materials
• Perform critical quality checks using various types of gauging
