About The Position

Join a team of professionals where you will be responsible for set up, utilizing, and operating assigned lathe, mill, and/or balance CNC machines and supporting machine procedures for the prototyping and production of machined parts. This position starts at $21/hour and we offer a 22% shift differential when working on 3rd shift! Come Build with Us: Perform set-up and operation of assigned lathe, mill and/or balance machines Perform in process measurements using micrometer, dial indicator, and calipers. Adjust machining process based on results of inspection to ensure parts meet specification Work from process sheets, engineering drawings or specifications, sketches and written or oral instructions to machine various products. Perform routine preventative maintenance for CNC equipment. Work in a fast-paced, high volume team environment. Support and maintain overall shop efficiency by keeping work areas clean and safe. Demonstrate reliability, dependability, and safety-oriented work. Bring Your Expertise: High School diploma or GED equivalent. Experience in a manufacturing/production environment preferred. Experience running CNC machines (lathe, mill and balance) helpful. Basic understanding of MS Office: Outlook, Word, and Excel desired. Knowledge of measuring equipment helpful. Good math skills. Ability to follow instructions carefully. Good interpersonal, communication and organization skills. Requirements
