About The Position

Machine Operator – Tablecover Line | Night Shift (2-2-3 Schedule) | $1,500 Sign-On BonusLocation: Clintonville, WIPay: $20.28 plus hour (based on experience)Night Shift Premium: +$1.00/hour for all hours worked after 6:00 PMSchedule: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM | 2-2-3 Rotating ScheduleTraining may take place on the day shift for a limited period Why You’ll Love This Job $1,500 sign-on bonus paid in three installments: $500 at 90 days $500 at 6 months $500 at 1 year Work only 14 days per month — enjoy every other weekend off Full benefits start Day One Stable work, paid training, and advancement opportunities Clean, organized, and safety-first environment Annual bonuses for attendance and anniversaries What You’ll Do Set up and operate machinery that produces tablecovers to order specifications Load parent rolls and configure machine for correct length, speed, and folding Clear machine jams using safe lockout/tagout procedures Monitor product quality and ensure accuracy Send and verify UPC and carton labels Perform basic machine maintenance and adjustments Communicate any mechanical issues to maintenance Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all GMP and SQF guidelines for food safety Support and help train new team members What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED required Factory or machine operator experience preferred Comfortable with repetitive tasks and standing for long shifts Basic math and communication skills Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures Willingness to learn and grow in a manufacturing setting Full Benefits Package: Health, dental, and vision insurance Life, disability, and AD&D insurance (company-paid) 401(k) with company match 11 paid holidays 112 vacation hours annually (accrued bi-weekly) 24 sick hours (prorated) + 1 wellness day 40 extra vacation hours for night shift employees (prorated) What Is a 2-2-3 Schedule?This rotating schedule gives you built-in balance: Week 1: Work Mon–Tues, Off Wed–Thurs, Work Fri–Sat–Sun Week 2: Off Mon–Tues, Work Wed–Thurs, Off Fri–Sat–Sun You only work 14 days per month and enjoy a long weekend every other week.
