Requirements

Ability and willingness to complete all paperwork and SAP functions.
Ability and willingness to perform basic math functions (i.e.: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
Ability and willingness to work overtime and/or weekends as needed.
The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Ability and willingness to push/pull/lift with arms below waist/at shoulder/above shoulder level 20 pounds or greater frequently.
Ability and willingness to lift/lower/carry up to 20 pounds or greater with back/legs.
Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with rapid hand and eye coordination to move product on a conveyor and/or other processing equipment.
Ability and willingness to stand/walk/climb/bend for up to 10 hours.
Ability and willingness to flex/grip with wrist/hands frequently.
Ability and willingness to work in wet conditions and cold temperatures at 35 degrees.
Ability and willingness to distinguish between shades and/or colors.
3 months work history with the same employer

Machine Operator experience preferred
Experience in a manufacturing setting preferred
RF Scanner experience preferred

Responsibilities

Ensure that the correct film, date, and lot codes are being used for the product that is being run.
Complete metal detector checks.
Responsible for the product flow from loader to pack machines.
Check, open, and repackage leakers per required procedures.
Transport excess rework to the vestibule.
Clean and sanitize the packaging machines.
Perform general housekeeping duties in the department.
Maintain general manufacturing practices.
Comply with all safety, food safety, GMP and SQF requirements.
Perform all positions of job rotation as needed.
Perform any other work as assigned by management.
