Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret written information.
  • Uses time efficiently and demonstrates planning/organizing skills.
  • Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; monitors own work to ensure quality.
  • Meets productivity standards and completes work in a timely manner.
  • Observes safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly.
  • Follows instructions and responds to management direction.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate the PolyPro machine.
  • Properly identify what part should be manufactured, remove current tooling and install correct tooling for new diameter in a timely manner.
  • Run parts to proper specifications while performing quality checks.
  • Set up and operate CNC router and drilling machine as well as mirror plate welding (plastic weld).
  • Ensure heating and cooling temperatures are correct for the PolyPro pipe forming machine.
  • Meet quality specifications including proper forming, cutting, drilling, chamfer, and length.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
