About The Position

Associate responsible for the operations of various saws in a safe and efficient manner with minimal supervision. They will cut roll form, structural and special parts at the direction of Operations Leadership.

Requirements

• Be able to read a tape measure, micrometer, square, calipers and protractor
• Ability to work without close supervision
• Must be able to understand verbal and written orders
• Must have manual dexterity skills
• Must be able to lift 45 pounds with assistance
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• 1-year experience in machine operation

Responsibilities

• Ability to perform initial machine inspection and startup
• Proper parts inspection and identification
• Ability to be cross-trained on other machinery
• Knowledge of company’s parts
• Ability to meet and exceed production standards
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide
• Follows company policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned
