WHAT YOU’LL DO: As a Machine Operator – Roll Forming, you’ll be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining roll form machines to produce top-quality components. You’ll ensure smooth line changeovers, uphold safety protocols, and help us deliver nothing but the best. Your Day-to-Day Might Include: Setting up and operating roll forming equipment to meet print specs Performing tooling setups and minor adjustments for production consistency Reading blueprints and interpreting sketches for accurate fabrication Conducting routine maintenance and logging equipment activity Operating forklifts to safely move raw materials Identifying and addressing production issues proactively Following 5S principles and promoting a clean, organized workspace Actively participating in cross-training and continuous improvement WHY JOIN RITESCREEN?
