This Role is Tailor-Made for You Because: The Machine Operator is responsible for operating multiple types of equipment including but not limited to Order Pickers, Reach Trucks, Turret Trucks (Swing Reach), Electric Power Jacks, and playing a vital role in the movement and management of merchandise within the warehouse/distribution center. This position involves safely and efficiently operating machines to move, stack, count and store products, while accurately using inventory control and safety standards. Duties tend to overlap between replenishment and shipping, ensuring smooth and accurate operations in the warehouse/distribution center.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of experience operating similar machinery
• Satisfactory completion of a forklift training program
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must have English proficiency (speaking and understanding)
• Basic math skills
• Ability to lift items up to 35 lbs.
• Comfort working at high heights
• Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships within the distribution center
• Must be willing to work overtime as needed, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound receipts using automated conveyors or manually stacking the pallets safely and move merchandise to storage locations.
• Efficiently stack and store the merchandise in the right areas
• Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage.
• Report quality or accuracy variances
• Pull and prepare product for shipment, ensuring accuracy.
• Perform picking duties in an efficient manner following SOPs and meeting customer expectations
• Efficiently move product from staging and/or storage areas into trailers
• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage product and materials using various machines
• Maintain the facility’s equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion
• Use radio frequency (RF) equipment for picking, receiving, put away, and loading functions as required
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area
• Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods and SOPs while complying with OSHA Standards
• Must always follow the Tory Burch Safety Standards and Code of Conduct
• Other duties as assigned
