About The Position
Elmet Technologies, a subsidiary of The Elmet Group, manufactures precision materials used in aerospace, defense, semiconductor, and medical industries. We’re hiring a Machine Operator to support our Reduction team and help keep production running safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on role operating equipment, performing setups, monitoring processes, and supporting quality output.
Requirements
- 3–5 years manufacturing or industrial experience
- Ability to work overnight and weekends
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Reliable attendance and safety mindset
Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma/GED and ability to maintain forklift and crane licenses
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment
- Perform machine setups and changeovers
- Verify product quality using measuring tools
- Complete production logs and maintain traceability
- Perform daily inspections and maintain 5S standards
- Assist with minor equipment troubleshooting
- Operate forklifts, cranes, and industrial tools
- Cross-train across multiple machines
