About The Position

This position is responsible for operating machinery to ensure the continuous flow of the product through the production process and ensuring proper ingredients/supplies are being used on the line. The role involves monitoring and adjusting machine settings as needed, notifying supervisors of maintenance requirements, maintaining a safe work environment, and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Proficiency in reading and writing, the ability to complete on-the-job paperwork, and effective communication across all management levels are required.

Requirements

Proficiency in reading and writing
Ability to complete on-the-job paperwork
Ability to effectively communicate across all management levels
Willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
Willing and able to lift up to 50 lbs
Willing and able to stand, walk, bend, squat, stretch, climb, push, pull and reach as required in all areas
Willing and able to stand 8-10 hours on hard floors
Willing and able to perform repetitive motions as required in many areas
Must be in current position for 90 days (for internal applicants)
Must have no suspensions or more than 3 written warnings within the past year (for internal applicants)
Team Members with four (4) or more attendance points at the time of application will be disqualified from consideration (for internal applicants)
