About The Position

Excellent opportunity for full time Machine Operator to join the Selux team responsible for building high end architectural light fixtures. Monday - Thursday OT available. Paid time off, paid holidays and full benefits. Starting at $18 - 20/hr Shift differential offered for 2nd shift hours. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read and interpret blue prints and schematics
  • Ability to read, write and speak English fluently

Nice To Haves

  • Prefer machine shop experience and familiarity with manufacturing and power tools.
  • Metal fabrication a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Operate a variety of machines in the factory including sheet metal punching and forming, drilling, tapping, cutting, bending and sanding.
  • Interface with other departments to accomplish tasks.
  • Communicate professionally.
  • Maintain a clean work area as required.
  • Working ability to apply all applicable safety requirements to comply with regulatory agencies.
  • Performs computer transactions accurately to company policies and procedures.
