Primary Responsibility: As a Tray Machine Operator, you are the guardian of quality, ensuring our products meet our standards consistently, all while following strict safety procedures. What You’ll Do: Procedural Precision: Set up and maintain the machine according to training instructions. Detail-Oriented: Track checklist procedures and recommend part replacements or repairs. Safety Sentinel: Strictly follow safety procedures. Production Pro: Operate tray machines to meet production requirements. Equipment Caretaker: Responsible for assigned tools, suggesting safety and efficiency enhancements. Innovation Integration: Adapt to new procedures that enhance efficiency and safety. Product Quality: Ensure product quality, including viscosity, color, labeling, and stocking. Efficiency Expert: Maintain a clean work environment as per the 5S system. Mentorship: As a Tray Operator-Level 2, perform independent set-ups and aim for peak efficiency.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED, or 1-3 months of related experience and training, or equivalent education/experience combination. Tray machine operation is a plus.
  • Basic computer skills and software use are advantageous.
  • Mechanical skills are essential.
  • Clear communication and document comprehension in English are required.
  • Proficiency in arithmetic, including fractions, decimals, and equations.
  • Regular walking, standing, and manual work, with the ability to lift/move 25-50 pounds for at least 8 hours.
  • Essential for close vision, color vision, distance vision, and focus adjustment.
  • Regular attendance and punctuality are fundamental requirements.
  • You must also be available for overtime work when necessary.

Nice To Haves

  • Tray machine operation is a plus.
  • Basic computer skills and software use are advantageous.
