As a Machine Operator in the Machining department at Linamar Corporation, you will play a crucial role in the production line by producing parts and performing quality checks in a timely manner. This position requires a commitment to shift work, including the ability to work overtime as needed. We currently have openings available on all shifts, including both Machining and Assembly roles. The work environment is fast-paced and requires a proactive approach to ensure that production goals are met while maintaining high standards of quality. In this role, you will be expected to operate various machinery and equipment, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed. You will also be responsible for conducting regular quality checks on the parts produced, identifying any defects or issues, and making necessary adjustments to the machinery to rectify these problems. Your ability to work independently as well as part of a team will be essential in achieving production targets and maintaining a smooth workflow.
