About The Position

The Machine Operator Level 1 employee is responsible for following proper procedures and specifications in the operation of equipment such as but not limited to the Trayloaders , Wire-cut / Rotary, Ovens, Crème Pumps, Pre-scale and the Spreader to ensure consistent finished goods. This would also include the roles of a trainee in the mixing department and the person responsible for the pallet stacking area and those stacking on the individual lines.

Requirements

• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function and assigned task satisfactorily.
• A high school diploma is required as experience in an inventory related field, strong organizational skills and computer proficiency are essential, specifically SAP and MS Office software.
• High school diploma or GED is preferred and/or a combination of education and relevant experience
• 1-3 months related experience and/or training preferred

Responsibilities

• May be asked to work in any area of the assembly line to assist in production of baked goods as needed
• May be asked to work on different lines and/or workstations depending on staffing and production needs, per supervisor discretion.
