About The Position

This position is responsible for the set up and operation of laser machines.

Requirements

• 1+ year of machine operation experience
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. 15% of shift
• Must be able to stand up to 100% of shift
• Must be able to walk 50% of shift
• Must be able to climb stairs/ladders up to 10% of shift
• Must be able to stoop/bend up to 30% of shift

Nice To Haves

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Sets up machine to proper specifications
• Operates machine to cut materials specified by work order
• Checks quality of product coming off machine
• Packages material and prepares for shipment
• Knowledge of crane operation and lifting devices
• Skilled at measuring machined features using a variety of measuring instruments
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
