Learn more at www.plzcorp.com/careers or visit https://youtu.be/XYNIFpLQIJY The Machine Operator, Labeler is responsible for operating and maintaining labeler machines, ensuring accurate application of labels on aerosol products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The operator will also be required to ensure all safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met during production.

  • Machine Operation: Operate labeler machines to apply labels to aerosol cans, ensuring proper alignment and adhesion.
  • Machine Setup & Adjustment: Set up and adjust labeler machines for different product types and label sizes.
  • Quality Control: Inspect finished products for quality and consistency. Ensure labels are properly applied and free from defects.
  • Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Identify and troubleshoot minor machine issues. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the labeler machines to ensure they are functioning properly.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and ensure that the work area is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
  • Production Efficiency: Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to meet production goals while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Record Keeping: Complete necessary production logs, machine reports, and maintenance records.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members, including other operators, quality control, and supervisors, to ensure smooth production runs.
  • Continuous Improvement: Suggest and participate in process improvements to enhance production efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Proficient in reading and writing in English.
  • Ability to read and interpret machine manuals, blueprints, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Basic knowledge of machine mechanics and troubleshooting.
  • Strong focus on quality control and the ability to identify issues in both the machinery and the final product.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate with coworkers, supervisors, and maintenance staff.
  • Willingness to work on different shifts, including weekends, overtime, and rotating schedules as required.
