The position involves operating Injection Molding presses, including start-up and shut-down procedures. The operator will be responsible for making necessary adjustments to the machines and preparing raw materials for processing. Additionally, the role requires visual and microscope inspection of molded products to ensure they meet engineering specifications and drawings. The operator will also engage in sorting, inspection, and secondary processes as needed, and may be asked to perform additional responsibilities to achieve business objectives.

  • Start-up, shut-down, and operate Injection Molding presses as needed.
  • Make adjustments to machines as needed and prepare raw material for processing.
  • Visual and microscope inspection of molded products to engineering specifications and drawings.
  • Sorting, inspection, and secondary processes as needed.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years' experience in direct manufacturing
  • Experience with injection molding a plus
  • Must be able to sit/stand for up to 8 to 10 hours per day
  • Must be able to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
  • Must be able to look at small parts for extended periods of time.
  • Experience with injection molding a plus
