About The Position

The wood processing team converts raw lumber into high-quality machined wood components used in the production of windows and doors across our facilities. In this role, you'll use a combination of advanced technology with original machinery to produce high-quality wood products. Plus, receive a $2,500 sign-on bonus when you join our team! The first six months include an apprentice-style training program focused on hands-on experience with wood processing equipment . Select the schedule that works best for you Monday – Thursday shift options with possible overtime on Friday Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shift option Days: 5:00 am – 3:30 pm Evenings : 3:30pm - 1:30am Weekends: 6:00am - 6:30pm Highlights of your role Operate a range of vintage and modern wood manufacturing equipment with a strong focus on safety and precision Use high-performance software and tools to set up accurate and efficient machining processes Handle the flow of materials by offloading completed parts to designated locations and inputting wood stock for upcoming production Monitor equipment performance and proactively respond to changes by making necessary adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency You're a good fit if you have (or if you can) E xperience operating multi-head woodworking equipment Solid understanding of machining processes and the ability to resolve complex production scenarios Experience changing tooling independently and safely to support production needs Ability to read and use calipers and other measuring devices to verify parts meet quality and dimensional specifications Also want to make sure you have Hands-on experience setting up and running CNC or wood processing machinery, ideally in a production environment Familiarity with lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures and a commitment to working safely Experience maintaining tight quality standards while working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting We invite you to See Yourself at Marvin From people to products, Marvin is committed to creating better ways of living. Requirements

Experience operating multi-head woodworking equipment
Solid understanding of machining processes and the ability to resolve complex production scenarios
Experience changing tooling independently and safely to support production needs
