We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator III to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a variety of production machinery to ensure smooth, continuous, and high-quality manufacturing runs. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to maintaining safe work practices. This position covers a range of machine operation roles, including but not limited to: Scrapple and Souse Operators, Bacon Press Operators, Batchers, Blenders, Cozzini Operators, Frankomatic Operators, Bacon Slicing Machine Operators, Injector Operators, Packaging Coordinators, Knife Sharpeners, Loin Stuffers, Smoked Meats Packaging Operators, and Semi-Automated Stuffer Operators.
