About The Position

Requirements

• 5 years of experience with CNC machines and/or woodworking
• 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• High School diploma or GED
• Basic reading, math, and computer data entry and systems experience
• Ability to efficiently work in a high-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Perform all functions of a Woodshop Machine Operator I & II
• Utilize expert knowledge and experience of techniques, skills, machine tools, and processes involved in woodworking, fabrication, and finishing
• Fabricate a wide variety of products and projects
• Troubleshoot CNC machinery
• Demonstrate basic mechanical CNC knowledge
• Work independently and collaboratively with a team
• Maintain high quality standards in all products
• Adapt to changes in workflow as needed
• Manage project timelines across multiple projects under strict deadlines
• Finish products by hand using various hand tools
• Familiarize with sustainable manufacturing techniques
• Use all provided PPE as required
• Maintain a safe and clean work area
• Adhere to all safety regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned
