About The Position

This position is for 1st shift, Monday – Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with overtime available on a business need basis. Employees who are working in onsite roles will work primarily onsite, which includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

Requirements

• Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D. in the US) or vocational/technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

• Completion of CNC Machine Operating technical school program.
• 2 years machine operator experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the set-up, calibration, and operation of machines used in production processes.
• Work from verbal or written instructions, diagrams, or models.
• Inspect machining operations and finished products against specified tolerances using precision measuring tools.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning.
• Set up and operate a production machine in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
• Use computer-controlled equipment to select, position and secure automatic or semi-automatic machines.
• Control and adjust machine settings to complete routine tasks according to specifications.
• May make calculations and assist with numeric controlled programming.
