The Machine Operator II at Benchmark Electronics is responsible for operating and maintaining various types of equipment used in the assembly of printed circuit boards (PCBs) and systems. This role requires attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while supporting a 24/7 global business operation. The operator will also be involved in training and mentoring less experienced operators, ensuring quality control, and participating in continuous improvement activities.
