Under supervision, the person operates production equipment according to instructions to ensure proper operations, safety, and product output. This key role coordinates team activities to ensure that production machines operate safely, properly, and efficiently, meeting quality standards. Job Description Shift/hours: 12 HR PM Shift 6:00PM-6:30AM Rotating Schedule - 2-2-3 format. Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor machines, addressing stoppages and issues.
  • Set up, start up, shut down, and troubleshoot equipment.
  • Perform routine clean-up and minor maintenance.
  • Regularly clean equipment and production areas.
  • Pack finished goods and handle materials.
  • Operate boxing lines and manage pallets.
  • Prepare product for transfer and/or final processing.
  • Complete paperwork and reports accurately and on time.
  • Inspect products for quality and accuracy.
  • Adjust processes to maintain quality standards.
  • Assist with other tasks and projects as needed.
  • Ensure material availability and support team needs.
  • Meet company standards for accuracy, performance, and attendance.
  • Follow company policies and procedures.
